1.. Login to your control panel at https://control.apexhost.net.au 2.. Click on File Manager 3.. Navigate to the folder you wish to change permissions on (or the file) 4.. Click the padlock next to the folder or file name. 5.. Change the permissions to suit your require ments.
Note: Always try to set the permissions for the website user first then if that does not work change the NETWRK SERVICE. It is best to only set the permissions on the folder or file you want to write to rather than the entire site.
